Two very different rings, two very different celebs, but they do have 1 thing in common – both have seriously eye-catching engagement rings!

Musician Joel Madden wanted her to have her dream ring, so Nicole Richie worked with jeweler Neil Lane to design her more than 4-carat round cut stunner. 

Lane told People: “Nicole wanted a beautiful, special ring and wanted to be intimately involved in the design.”

No word on whether actress Hilary Duff had any input into her huge 14-carat engagement ring from hockey player Mike Comrie, but one thing’s for sure – the man knows his ice!  Reportedly purchased in Las Vegas, the radiant cut ring apparently cost $1 million.
